We buy Redmi Note 5 Pro (Black, 64GB, 4 GB RAM) Refurbished via online through www.vlebazzar.in date at 01.07.2020….we received product via courier on 09.0.2020 …. i open the outer pack i could find only an old device not usable for the purpose ,it was damaged , we order black color but we received blue color,I tried several times to return the item but not contacted the Customer Services ..(via email and what’s app) I plan return the item to vlebazaar P ltd refund for the fake and old damaged item, after several attend we received call from vlebazaar cell no 9580735139 he told to replace other one …am not interested to exchange again and again …. and i check vlebazaar customers review its not good and company GST its not in Active ,cancellation on 31 Jan 2020, now how I believe this time send good once again… so am not interested in vlebazaar product,so kindly help as to get refund our money without delay and take back our order product …Thank you

I also ordered a Phillips earphones(order no. 869109), invoice no. VLE51980 dt 17-7-21, and received a non working product. I mailed them, they replied me through mail that within hrs their executive’ll contact me regarding my complaint but I didn’t get any call till now. It’s being 20-22 days. I am very disappointed and feeling being cheated.

I was purchases the item i phone 6 with 16 gb rom . I was order place at 09/7/2020 and i get that at 2072020 and when i was opened the cover than in inside only one phone and one charger and when i swith on the phone than that cannot swith on that was damage item . I was called customer care than they told me please post your problem with item phone but in website there was no any email id added than after than i was not contact with customer care . Not refund my money
