I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my recent order (NNEKVS1307615) placed on [6-Apr-25]. Unfortunately, upon receiving the package, I discovered that the item delivered does not match what I had ordered.

I had specifically ordered [Cute penguin design card holder], but instead, I received [men’s wallet]. This discrepancy is disappointing, especially since I had carefully selected the product based on my specific needs and expectations.

I would like to request a prompt resolution to this issue. Ideally, I would appreciate it if the correct item could be dispatched at the earliest convenience, along with a return label or instructions for sending back the incorrect product. If the item I originally ordered is no longer available, please let me know so we can discuss alternative options or arrange for a full refund.
