My Name is Saira. I have bought 2 plots situated at Sarangpuri, Tal: Shahapur from VMC City. Its been more than 3 years that we have made the full payment for the plots. When I told VMC person ( Navnit Labde) that I want the possession of my plots, he keeps giving me future date stating that Environmental Certificate is not yet cleared due to which they wont be able to give possession. When visited there office theg says that it will take more 3 years and still they do t guarantee on the possession. This way I feel that I’m been cheated.
I have the Agreement for both the plots. Also have the receipt of the payments made.
So This is why I am filing a complaint against VMC E mall Corporation. And request you to look into this.
