They sold the shahpur land 4 years ago in 2015 and after 3 years money double. now in 2018 when i ask them for payment. they say they are in loss. and cant pay. will give installments after diwali and making stories. their office is closed and there is smaller office and they making issues that due to RERA they are facing problems. we are stuck with this wrong investment. any help appreciated.
