Sub: Request for paying off dues
With due respect I would like to inform you that I had purchased two open plots with ID numbers 866486 & 320512 in Shahapur from VMC which I had cancelled on 22/03/2014.
As per the agreement, full amount with 17% appreciation should be given to me just after the cancellation of the deals within 6 months. But now it has passed 2 years and 8 months and I have not received except Rs. 23985.00.
The sum of Rs 71955.00 is still due on the company for which I have met almost more than 50 times, and spent a lot of money in trasport, but all in vein.
Now, this is last time I am requesting you to please pay off the dues as soon as possible.
If not, I will be compelled to seek legal options which I have been avoiding till date, and never want to use by will.
