Multiple times I called them but my amount is still not refunded.

Even I filed a complaint in consumer forurn but they don’t reply..

My customer id is : 109178, no one is picking phone..even customer care number(02049178062) is not reachable these days

Please suggest me what to do..I am ready to file a case against them..

I have all proof with me..and communication details happened with them.
