We were approached by the sales person from vmc developer and they promised a good investment opportunity at vmc

Based on that they took us at the polt side and gave good image about the developer and convinced me to buy the plot in their project

We then asked the details they told that they are selling the plot at inr 99 per sq feet and they will hand over the plot in 3 to 4years after legal work

They also told that they will keep me informed on the same.

Based on that we purchased 4 plots in shahapur in my name and my brother name. Project of vmc developers vihang city in 2011

However after that there were no communcation from the company

However no communction from their side

After repeated followup to know the status, they were avoiding us so we then cancelled the plot due to frustration

Now they are not returning the money back

They say after 4 months they will give the schedule on when we will get our money back

It means they have used our money for some work which was not related the project

We would like toknow where they have used our money and for what purpose

It seems that we have been cheated and they will not return our money

Not under this situation what to do as they have already collected around inr 240000 from us??
