Sir i have made a payment to the company via cheque and ecs of inr 53000/-

The sales person / company representative called me over the phone and subsequently visited my residence for explaining the project.in order to understand more about the project, i had visited their office at thane. The company representative then arranged for the site visit at shahpur.

They then convinced me for the plot, i then paid them the booking amount. The additional amount was then paid via ecs monthly instalment (Payment schedule enclosed).

Sir till date i have paid them total inr – 53000/-

I have been in touch with them 2015 to till date via visiting the office for the status of cancellation refund. However they never replied. I had also visited their office 3 to 4 times during[protected], however every time they convinced me refund the cancellation amount but cancellation amount not received till date. However they did not provide us any update on the cancellation refund amount.

I did accordingly based on the promise that they will refund the money in 5 to 6 months. Sir however they never did the refund for last 48 months.

I have been following up with them for the payment, however they are not contactable.

Sir i feel cheated by the company.

Sir, i wish to lodge my fir against the directors / owners of vmc developers & realtors pvt ltd. For the fraud being done with me.
