I have made cancellation of plot in October 2015 but till date not refund my Payment. we visited or contact at Thane office more than 10 times and every time they said payment will be made within one or two months, no such positive response. We meet to the customer care and Account Department Mr. Sanjay Pawar, Mr. Shankar every time they saw my cancellation paper and written on it next month dates and sign it, but no use. All PDC statement and cancellation cheque already submitted, hope payment will be made within one month. we are awaiting till Jan 2016 if not received payment, we will take legal action by complaint with police station and Lawyer on Feb 2016.
