Plots booked in 2009 .paid all installments
Last installment was paid in November 2014 but plots not allotted so far
Paid registration charges in April 2018 but registration is not done.
Giving false reasons for why registration is not happening.
Approach made many times.
Submitted all coppies three times.
Given request three times on that promises.
