We have purchased 4 plots at Shahapur, , we have paid upfront payment of Rs 60000 and rest iis being paid via ECS for INR 4000 per month

we purchased in 2012, and we were informed that in 3 years we will get the plot

However till date after 5 years there is no communicaiton on the status

Now I have stoped the ECS with them, but dont know if our money will be returnved or it will be a fraud.
