We had booked 2 na plots in vihang city, shahpur. They promised possession in 3 years, but even after 4 years not given the possession. Therefore, cancelled the agreement on mutual understanding that they would refund the amount in instalments – starting from sept. 2016. We have visited their office several times, everytime, they say some excuses. Now, evenafter one year i am yet to receive the refund.
We are retired people and have no other permanent income. Please help us in getting the amount of rs.2, 10, 000 as agreed by them + interest for this one year + travel exp to their office say rs.2000/-.
