I had invested an initial amount of Rs 5, 000/- as token amount as the agent said I will be getting a discount if I invested today itself. Later on after investing I came to know that the company is a big fraud, they collect the amount from customers and purchases the land in VMC Group name and later on simply delays in delivering the project to customers in turn the customer asks for the refund which they give after n no of years or sometimes even don’t but the catch is that by the time the land prices gets soared up and they sell the same piece of land which they had purchased at peanut price to other customers at higher rates due to which the company makes a huge profit. I had invested in the year 2013 and had applied for refund in the year 2014 and from then onwards I have been following up for my refund along with the interest as they had promised but still havent received the same.
