VMC – Big cheater & fraud company
I bought 2 plots in Vihang city project in Sarang puri Shahpur on 21st may 2012. They said that the plots will be NA in two years and then the allotment process will start.
I paid regular installment for 2 years and then approached them to provide me the status and show me the papers of development. They did not show me at all neither responded well. Then I cancelled those plots in 2014 they given me the waiting period of 6 months for paying the refund amount.
Today is 19th June 2016 still I haven’t received the refund. Countless number of times I visited to their Thane office but they gives the same reply that “Company doesn’t have funds” I am so frustrated following up with them continuously since 2 years after cancellation.
