I am trying to return the “Bose SoundLink Mini Bluetooth Speaker” which I have got delivered. to initiate the return procedure I called them up within 1 hour of delivery and also sent them email as asked by their customer representative. 4 days has been passed but still no update from their side, I am not able to connect with them over the phone also.
I am feeling lie cheated, before confirming the order I inquired them about their return and refund policy, to which they confirmed that if required it can be done easily. But after taking the money and delivering the inferior quality product they are not responding to any communication.
