I ordered a lace top from Voonik.com shopping app on cash. I ordered peach color lace top but they delivered florescent orange color top. I requested them to take a return of the item on the same day of delivery. But they just asked for 5 days time to take the return of the product. whenever i mail them to take the return they again ask for next 5 days or 3 days time with apologies.I canceled the product and asked them to give me back my full money Rs. 675.

I received the product on 13th march 2016 and till today means 5th April 2016 conversation done in 19 mails but no return pick up of the product is done.

I even told them that i am gonna to complain against VOONIC’s owner and the team and sent a notice. but shameless people are again asking for 5 days.
Please help me to take a legal action against them so that other people will not suffer and cheated by such kind of companies.
