voonik.com – Order not delivered

I ordered a dress on 30the Dec 2015 for which I paid online . I got my delivery date 11th Jan 2016. I didn’t received anything from voonik. I had words with customers care they said that they will deliver my dress before 14th Jan 2016 but now they even don’t know the status of my order.

    We are sorry , that we had to cancel your order after keeping you on hold since “Dec 30th”. We were expecting fresh stocks of the product name: ”Solognac Namib Camo(935527)” when we received your order. But unfortunately, the consignment is getting delayed , more than we expected.So we have cancelled the order and have credited your Voonik account with Rs 100/- You can check out the new collection now or we will reach out as soon as product comes back in stock.
