voonik – No refund

Ordered a saree of 700 rs. After all discounts. The product delivered was poor quality not worth of 200 rs. Also. Though the reverse pick-up was arranged within two days have not refund the amount for two months now. I have been told stories that it must be picked up by other vendor from you and no pick-up received by them. They are asking for reverse pick-up receipt that was never given to me. Btw it was not communicated in advance of any such receipt, only when I am asking for refund I have been asked to produce such reverse pick-up receipt.
Customer support is pathetic. Not bothered to call you and when you call min. wait time is 5 mins. Once phone got disconnected, but then not bothered to call back.
Will never order from Voonik however hopeful that this gets refunded.

    I had ordered a dress,but i didn’t like the product. So I returned it,and asked them to refund my money in my bank account. They took the product and sent a messgae that it is in my voonik credit. But there was not. Since 6days I have been trying to call them. No response. Even they are not receiving the call. I am really unhappy. My ₹1548 is wasted i guess. Am never gonna buy anything from voonik. Worst experience of online shopping.
