voonik – Not refunding my amount

I order a dress from voonik order no./product code:R185841750 but due to not good quality of material I cancel my order.Still now i have not receive my refunded amount.Your customer care people are playing with me.Every day i am calling them.please resolve the issue & refund Rs.828.
