I placed an order on 9th May and was supposed to receive my saree on or before 15th inspite of following with the team they didn’t send the product till 16th may saying that they lost the product in transit. may they asked me for 48hrs. after 48hrs on 18th when I called and spoke to the floor manager he said product quality was not good and we cancelled your order. they did not check with me whether I would like to cancel the order or want some other saree similar to or in that price range. Im still able to see that saree on their website but they are not ready to give me. if the quality is not good then why they are displaying that product? aiant they concern about their brand image. Chor log hai.

you are lucky you don’t got this saree. I had also order this saree on 13th May 16 and got delivery of white plain material cloth instead of saree. I have raised complain already,
