Hi,
I order a product with order ID R643473585 from Voonik on 18 March 2016 and they delivered a very different piece with poor quality on 28 March, and I make a return for that product according to their return policy but didn’t pick item form many days. I mailed them many times and call them but they just told me that they will pick the order soon but they didn’t.
In last I talked with there customer care executive and he told me that “we are enable to pick your product, please courier the product and we will refund your money once we get product. So, I courier the product and mail them a receipt of courier but 8 days gone they didn’t even reply, I mailed them but there is no response from there.
