voonik – Refund

I have order sarees in voonik got it delivered , i could make out that they dint appear same as in the pics of the site as well as the quality differred so i want return and refund for which i kept calling voonik customer but its always buzy, so mailed them.later luckly an customer executive called me back , logged my return of product told it will b collected in 4 working days but no one came 1 week passed , i kept mailing and calling its simply waste calling the customer care i spend 100rs on calling.
