Product given to voonik company and refund not given by company and its about 1 month my refund has not got
And company is not even pick up phone so please let my money out

Hi Tara,
We had processed the refund as Voonik credits in your Voonik account. Voonik credits is a shopping currency that can be used only on Voonik.
Since you wish to get the refund in your bank account. Please share your bank details in the e-mail sent to [email protected]
Once we receive your bank details, refund amount will be sent your bank account. The amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days.
Post refund of cash the same denomination in voonik credits will be deducted from your account.
