I got a call from the bus services saying that the bus has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded to my account . But no amount has yet been credited to my account . and i am call for your red bus customer care saying that the and the amount will be refunded to my account . But no amount has yet been credited to my account .my ticket registration mobile no:8897792864, my red bus called no:9000053303

The no from which the call came is 09397177007

Kindly look into this matter and arrange for the refund my ticket amount paid for the services cancelled by the operator and not of my fault.
