I have placed an order on 6-apr-17 at www.vynam.com worth of 2050 rupees. since then they are simply telling that wait for sometime or they are waiting for the supplier confirmation. sometimes they are saying we have dispatched the item, but not providing the courier details. i have seen many complaints on this website in google and Faceboook that it is fraud company. almost everyday they are publishing the new posts in Facebook. Also there website has Hyderabad address but no store is available in Hyderabad. Her name Kamakshi Mahamkali who stays in US but doing fraud business in India. I have all the proves about the order and about there fraud business. kindly help me with the refund. Take it on high priority.
I am also having similar experience. Had ordered Saree on 5th March 2018. Till date not received order, nor are they willing to refund my money. And they delete all the reviews and comments made on their facebook page. There is no option to directly comment on their facebook page. Customer care service is irresponsible. No one responds to calls. They keep reassuring on what’s app chat but don’t do anything to resolve the issue.

I have purchased a saree from vynam.com on 6th July 2017 i got a mail that my transaction was success and got a order number.i was trying to call the number but no response.
I ordered sarees in vynam.com for 12000rs… They didn’t send me the product yet….
