1. Ordered saree and paid on Feb 4th
2. Emailed and called several times – No response
3. Finally responded after weeks on Whatsapp saying not in stock and will refund and send screenshot
4. Kept asking about refund not coming through, whatsapp responder kept on saying will happen eventually.
Now they respond to emails, calls or whatsapp.
Bottom line – NO SAREE OR REFUND
Run by a lady who is based in the Arizona, US called Kamakshi Mahamkali. When I saw website was registered in US, I felt more confident. But, have learnt my lesson. Surprised NRIs are going back to India to run scams.
Used to be called Srihita exports. I am assuming the horrible online reviews made them change their name.
I have ordered a saree worth 1950 on 15th Oct and still nor the product or refund is processed. They just keep saying refund is done wait for 4 days and going on repeating stuff. My money is stuck .. and learnt a bad lesson..
