I have had the worst experience. First of all they don’t have all the collections readily available to ship. I placed an order for a saree and paid the full amount. When I asked them to ship the saree, the customer care told me that they received damaged saree from the supplier and asked me to select a different saree. Later the guy who was messaging me acknolwged that the saree i paid for actually was sold out but it appears tey still took full payment from me. Why didn’t they inform me when its sold out. They don’t have a fair transaction method. I selected a different saree and asked them to ship immediately because i have already waited for around a week on the previous saree. For the second saree, they got back to me after a day only after me following up and they said we don’t have exact saree and they started sending me different sarees and are forcing me to select only from that list. I have paid the full amount for a saree I like which they don’t have it. I gave them a second option which they don’t have it and they are very hesitant to refund me back the money i paid. After a lot of push back I told them I’m not interested in any of your collection just refund me back (mainly because I was pissed off with their service). They said they initiated the refund but never got my payment back and they stopped acknowledging to my messages as well. Per them the refund would take 15 to 20 days to reflect in my account which is ridiculous. When they asked me to pay I even made a direct transfer which would be done instantly and when they cannot deliver the product as promised why are they so hesitant in refunding back. They didn’t even send me any confirmation email that they are working on the refund. They have the worst customer service and Beware that they don’t have all the sarees that they post on social media. They work back with the suppliers only after we pay fully and you may or may not get what you are looking for. I have all the proofs of the chat conversation.and my Order number is VY08451
I’ve eventually selected a different product from the list vynam sent again and the newly selected product has been delivered. This complaint is now resolved/closed.
