I ordered a product and it never delivered when we ask for details they saying something again and again it will be delivered in 1 or 2 days. I asked them to cancel and to refund my amount but they never responded. The number on the site is not in use, they never respond to ur messages or calls. I got another number and her name is Shirsha and once she answered my call and told it will be cancelled and funds will be refunded, I checked but she never refunded my amount, now she stopped answering my calls.
We need to block this site for online payments, as this is cyber security issues. Please advise.
They never provided the tracking details.
