This is about Wadeshwar outlet at westend mall aundh Pune.
I went there at about noon. The outlet opens around 11 11:15 AM or so.
I placed my order and took out my credit card to pay. Now the cashier started searching for the credit card swipe machine. When he found it, he powered it on. Twice it said no internet, then he again rebooted it.
After 10 minutes the machine started working.
The point is the hotel should ensure that all pre-requisites are fulfilled before 11 AM when the outlet opens.
All things, cleaning, billing, computer, card machine are done and ready to serve customers at 11 AM.
