Exchanged wakefit product on 25-11-2023 since then the older product is not pickedup and daily getting calls/messages and promising pickup dates but not been picked up by delivery partner this process is being daily which disturning my personal and professional life lastday I was missed the call from wakefit support so they are sending emails that they are going to file case against me actually I should do that as they are mentally disturbing me daily and missing the promised dates pickup since last 2months.Could some one suggest me on this what to do next?
