We have made an order of buy one get one free watches and it was planned to arrive on 17th of this month, but the product we received was a fake. When we asked him to open the product and show it, the delivery guy had the audacity to deny us, saying it was against the company’s policy and even took the money from us. I demand you to either refund the amount of Rs. 1600/- back to us or send us the product that we have initially ordered. Or else I won’t hesitate to file a police complaint against your website for scamming people.
