Dear All, I want to bring to the knowledge of everybody that way2gateway.com is a fraudulent website which projects to be a tour planner and operator both domestic as well as international. I had paid Rs 11998 through net banking from State Bank of Patiyala on 19th November 2015 for booking hotel and local transport for trip of my daughter and son in law between 11th to 13 December 2015 to Goa.. After the company received this payment through their website, they didn’t book the hotel till 7th Dec 2015. The contact person was one Mr Ramkrishna who just disappeared from the scene after the payment was received. I tried to get in touch with them numerous times but whenever I did manage to connect, some Ajay or Kunal etc used to pick up the phone, that too accidently, and promised me to call back in 15 minutes or to ask Ram krishna to contact me immediately. That never happened and through my several emails, I requested them to confirm my booking which they didn’t do. On enquiry from hotel Sun Kissed Resort we gathered that they did not know the website and that there was no booking for us. Ultimately we had to book another hotel at our own cost. I requested the company to make refunds which they didn’t bother even to reply. I therefore caution everybody not to fall in the trap of this company as it is a total fraud. I am trying to file a criminal case against d company. But that shall take much time and may consume lot of money. Meanwhile I want to ensure that innocent people do not fall prey to this cheating. Therefore please beware of this fraudulent company and please circulate the Warning to as many people as you can. Some legal professional may please advise me as to where and how to file the complaint against the company.
