I have ordered 4 earbuds+handsfree+bluetooth speaker, but no order confirmation has been sent. Payments have been deducted. No reply from seller or any other order team. Need help. Please call me on [Protected].
I have not received any text with order number or not any email as well. I have not received any receipt of payment. However, it has been paid towards King Step.
Below two payments have been made :
ALERT:You’ve spent Rs.1996 via Debit Card xx8713 at KING STEP on [Protected]:12:55:30.
ALERT:You’ve spent Rs.2995 via Debit Card xx8713 at KING STEP on [Protected]:13:46:39.
Could you please help to get this sorted about where is my order, where is receipt of payment, what is order number, when delivery can be expected?
I have also dropped an emails on below two email addresses :
