I have requested for cancellation of my allotment for residential unit no. “h-5-ff-11” on 4th floor, block no. H, tower no 5, situated in eco homes at mauza – uttar gazipur, p. S. Kashipur, south 24 parganas, west bengal and refund of my money, as per agreement signed. Realty firm not responding nor refunding my money (Around rs 6 lacs). I have sent a letter with all money receipts and have sent several e-mails to company directory who is signatory to the agreement, several e-mails to wealth management indiabulls kolkata, who has allotted my flat, with no response whatsoever on my letter and e-mails.
