I ordered a sweatshirt from this site and paid online .it showed you will get order in 4/ 5 day .till today I don’t recieved any message or mail from them .how will I know the status of my order…….is it fraud?

My order number: WZ2811, dt,: 19/08/21, girls dress accessories, Rs. 271/- prepaid, not yet received, unable to connect via email – [email protected] and [email protected] . It’s a fraudster bogus company. Where should one complaint against this bogus company. Address to also bogus?
