Dear sir, I have online ordered Samsung Galaxy Grand Max16GB mobile on 27th Dec 2015. Order id : 25879, Payment Mode : Cash on Delivery, Cash Rs 6198. i received the product when i opened it i was shocked because it was a local mobile (m horse z30) was packed in the box. Wellcomeshop totally cheated me.i have apply for returns also but they did not reply me. please kindly help get me my money Rs6198 back.
