Westside – delay in delivery

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Westside’s app. I ordered a shirt during the sale on the 31st, with an estimated delivery time of 7 days. However, it’s now the 11th, and I haven’t received my package. Despite drafting an email to customer care, I’ve received no action from their end. They keep promising to resolve the issue within 4-5 days, but nothing happens. I even received a notification from Blue Dart Logistics that the package was out for delivery, but they left a remark saying the consignee was unavailable, which is false. The phone number they provided doesn’t answer calls. In contrast, I ordered from H&M and Zara during their sales and received my packages the very next day. I’m extremely dissatisfied with Westside’s service, and I urge them to improve. Until then, I won’t be shopping from Westside again
