Respected Sir,

I had purchased 4 Branded Denim Jeans of size 34 on July 2014 against order no. S80408927, but the said online shop namely whaaky.com had send me of different size 32, against that I contacted the company for changing the size. The online shopping company had directed me to send the same back for replacement. Respected sir, I contacted them on phone/ email thousand times for replacement/ refund of fund with courier charges but all in vain. In November-2014, i call them on different phone no. and they accepted and they inform me that they will refund my amount to the tune of Rs. 1749.00 including courier charges, for that i had to send Bank account no., which i send them through email (Details are copied below). Sir, today is 25th July 2015, the said company namely Whaaky.com has not refund my funds.
It is therefore, requested to you kindly help me to refund my amount to the tune of Rs. 1749.00 from the online company whaaky.com and their address is:
