I order Branded Airpods from widgetshunt on 23/12/2021 order no#40896 & I Received courier from Ecart on 27/12/2021 by 04:30pm i paid Ecart Courier person of Rs. 1,599/-
Company Address show in Delhi.
Received Non-Branded wire Headphones and they are not picking up call’s now for Product Change. I am going to complaint tomorrow in Consumer court , social site’s and Goverment site’s. Because it’s not about small loss or bigg loss they are doing Fraud……Don’t buy anything from this Fake site.be aware
Also I complaint on Instagram who shows Fake site As per Act consumer protection Act 2019 for misleading Advertisement.
* The CCPA can impose a penalty of up to Rs 10 lakhs and two-year imprisonment for misleading or false advertisement. The fine may be extended to Rs 50 lakhs and the imprisonment may extend to five years*
