I had ordered 2 earphones. I got one headset and it’s a cheap road one. I ordered 1600 bucks worth earphones. I had put cash on delivery but the delivery guy won’t even take it back to the provider. This is so bad. I work so hard day night and don’t even use earphones and I bought it for new year something for myself and these people are theiving and taking my money. Please help. They have provided a care number which is also switched off. The number is 7618853396. And the email ID for support is care@dualmusic which has no mention of .com or .in also , seller address is Number_9 hospital Delhi, Delhi, New Delhi 110081 and has qr scan also please help
Widgetshunt.com had a sale of earphones which costed the range that we usually get at shops so I ordered them with cash on delivery option. I ordered for 2 earphones but recieved only one headphone which is highly cheaper than what I paid for. This Is clearly fraud and I can’t afford this so much. I work really hard for every buck and I really need a earphone of good company. This is nerve wracking. Please help. They’ve put an email ID for support : care@dualmusic with care number 7618853396 with source address of seller : Number_9 hospital Delhi Delhi, New Delhi 110081 which is a really weird thing and I can’t reach it.
