I received a parcel (Order #15238) on COD from Ekart by the delivery boy N Vivek Nagaraj. I gave him Rs. 1599 in cash..

Just looking and believing in the name Ekart (which is owned by flipkart), I didn’t even give a thought that It could be a fraud done to me. I did not even open the parcel in front of the delivery boy. (A combo of JBL earbuds+PHILIPS neckband) was ordered by me. But, When I opened the package, there was only one item instead of two things. That too was broken. The product was not the one which I ordered.

This means, the site Widgetshunt.com has done a fraud with me. I just cannot bear this. I want my refund or the right products that I ordered.
