I received a parcel (Order#35291) . I gave him Rs 1599 from phone pay. Just looking and believing in the name Ekart ( which is owned by Flipkart),I didn’t even give a thought that it could be a fraund done to me.Delivery boy allowed me to open the parcel after paying Rs 1599 and i found that the product i received was wrong .
( A combo of SONY earbuds + PHILIPS neckband) was ordered by me. But, when i opened the package, there was only one item instead of two things.The product was not the one which I ordered.
This means, the site Widgetshunt.com has done a fraud with me. I just cannot bear this.I want my refund or the product that I ordered.
