I have ordered a Sony neckband bluetooth and a jbl earbuds bluetooth combo on 20th December 2021 order no #31732 but I received a cheap extra bass headphone on 29th December 2021 with tracking ID WSPC1052094542.I paid an amount of ₹1599 on cash on delivery.So, i request the company to refund my amount as soon as possible. Such kinds of fraud is like doing sins to innocent customers for your profit only.
