I had seen an advertisement regarding the Bicycle sale and purchased the same worth Rupees 1999/- from the wimigo website with the order tracking ID #2690 in the www.wimigo.in. But later came to know that the website is fraud and is not responding to me. I had done payment through Razorpay.
Please help me to get redressal and make necessary actions to get refund of Rs.1999/- from the merchants i.e, associated with Razorpay.
