We had ordered a bicycle, payment was successfully done but I didn’t receive any order confirmation from their side, I soon tried to cancel the order, but it never accepted any of my requests, and then I tried to call the number provided, but the number was fake, I would like to file a complaint and get a refund as soon as possible.
