Completely unethical practice. In the beginning they are very good but after paying, zero in terms of services. Their team was such a pain to work with. I submitted all my documents 3 times – if and when their RM changed, I had to start a new application. The staff is pathetic and rude. It took six months to decide on the job code by WINNI Team!
A completely inexperienced group. They worked 9 months on the resume, the employees were so talented that they didn’t understand my job profile and created it based on my resume. After 12-14 months of payment, I still don’t know if my file is live in the portal and the job search services haven’t started yet. what i paid for! The online profile and job application were still pending. Every time I tried to contact the concerned RM, she was very rude and the customer care team doesn’t care either.
I am fed up with the poor services and when asking for a refund and compensation for wasted valuable time, they offer 50% as a goodwill gesture.
No, Mr Shah (CEO) and Mr Patel (director) you have to pay me back in full with interest and also for the time wasted for your worthless services. If that fails, I will have to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum and the appropriate authority at Immigration Canada. Mr. Shah / Patel if you want to know the whole story you can contact me or I can give you the names of all the culprits in your system.
