WINNI – Neither providing the refund nor delivering the products

I ordered a couple of products from this company to present to beloved on Valentine’s Day and my order # is 80213248861. These people have literally taken me for a ride eversince I made the purchase. I ordered on 13th Feb to gift my beloved on 14th (Valentine’s Day) whose actual price was 2,300 INR but then I was asked to 1,000 more than the actual price due to surge in the order. Today is 16th and till now my order hasn’t been delivered yet.

What is even more frustrating is there is no one to support or resolve my issue. There are two numbers given on the website but none of them are seem to be working. There is one email id but I wrote too many emails for which I received only the automated reply.

When I contacted the chat support, it is a nightmare, which I don’t want anyone to go for. You have to send a query and you will have to wait for more than 30mins for somebody to attend to your query and you won’t receive immediate response to your queries.

(07:12:12) Neha: Delivery timings, if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, during rush days like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Rakhi, New year Eve etc. The order cancellation would not be possible in such circumstances and order will be executed on the consecutive days.

Now, it is pleaded to you that kindly resolve my issue and get my money refunded to my account as they are saying if it is delivered within 52hrs the money will be transferred to Winni’s Wallet, which I don’t as I am not going to use their service anymore. It’s such a bogus company. Please don’t buy any product from this.
