I had a trouble time when I initially started with the IELTS coaching at Winny. All the faculty members only communicated in English and I could hardly understand them. I do agree that being a trainer they need to maintain their professionalism and after all they are providing us the IELTS training but it would be very much appreciated if they communicate in other language apart from English to make us comfortable. At the end, I must say that I scored overall 6 bands for the US student visa and today I have become fluent in the English language.
