The modus operandi seems pretty straightforward.
The website show’s highly discounted products with details of appliances which are of an older generation, i.e. Headphones model 2017, which is understandably available at low cost. This was a combo deal of 2 items and the courier received has just one item. The selected items were brands and the received item is basically a junk.
There is no return or refund process in the mail, no invoice with the order. The contact number in the package shows Fraud seller in Trucaller.
There is a mail id and I will try to send a mail for return/refund but have no hopes of the same.
The organisation website is with shopify.com or the email shows it being routed through shopify but is clearly fraudulent. sending a product different from what published and no further contact.
