I have ordered a backpack way in nov 2016 and have not received it till date(Apr 2017).
Have been calling them once in every week and they say that i would receive it after 23rd of month. And it has been 5 months now. Everytime i call them and ask they say the same thing. As if they are declaring Quarter results after 23rd.

I lost hope of getting my refund back even.

Worst thing is their call center guys who put call on hold for long time.
They either have any escalation matrix not customer review box.
